We are located in a quiet setting close to I-25 and Baptist Road by The Santa Fe Trail.

The Santa fe Trail is a walking, biking, hiking and horse back riding trail.

Great for exercise on your lunch hour, after work or anytime.

Our 1600 SF Conference Room and Outdoor Gazebo are available for group meetings at very reasonable rates.

Special rates are in place for our in house leased Suites at a reduced price.

Company History

Woodcarver Properties LLC is located in the former National Carvers Museum.

This historic building was completed in 1973 and was the only Carvers Museum in the Nation.

One can still view handmade carvings in the large beams of the outdoor gazebo.

Pet Friendly

We also have pet friendly suites available for your well mannered pet.

I can't think of a better way to spend your day at the office but with your best friend. The Santa fe Trail is a great place to walk your pet and take a break from your busy day.
